Ethical commitment and transparency are fundamental values ​​in ICAM.

Since the 1980s, the company has been involved in various solidarity projects that include, on the one hand, the identification of the best cocoa plantations , and on the other, the establishment of collaborations with local communities based on respect, fairness and transparency .

To date, ICAM has developed direct relationships with local cooperatives in the Dominican Republic, Peru and Uganda where it is committed both financially and technologically to improving working conditions and methods.

Added to this is a production model based on the use of renewable energy , materials with a low environmental impact and the control of carbon dioxide emissions .

The cocoa obtained is a quality cocoa and certified by the most important sustainability programs such as UTZ and Fairtrade . The final consumer can therefore count on a high quality that starts from the raw material and continues to the finished product.

Our supply chain

ICAM products are highly diversified to meet the needs of consumers and business partners.

The supply chain includes the production of basic semi-finished products, liquid, moulded and drop chocolate and more than 3000 variants of finished products such as bars, chocolate eggs, chocolates and sweets .

Strict controls are carried out during all stages of production, offering an undisputed guarantee of quality.
