Bars, chocolates, pralines and gianduiotti make up the rich range of products based on dark chocolate. Dark chocolate bars are available in increasing intensity of cocoa solids ( from 56% dark to 100% absolute dark ) with or without inclusions.

The premium brand Vanini also offers a selection of single-origin chocolate , made with fine cocoa from Peru and Uganda. Vanini gianduiotti combine the classic gianduia recipe with a dark version, giving life to a delicious and enveloping combination of flavors.

Within the assortment of Vanini pralines, we find the Blue Rose Dark that is born from the encounter between a 72% dark chocolate shell and a creamy filling with hazelnut paste and crunchy cereals. A unique extra dark pleasure, all to be savored.
